Do I Need an Appointment?
No, we buy clothing outright. No appointment is needed to drop off your pre-loved items.
How many items can I drop off?
Up to 30 items may be dropped off per order.
Do you accept all clothing?
We are very selective and only purchase what our customers are looking for. Clothes, shoes and accessories must be like new, clean, and current styles. Our sizes range from 00 to 20ish, and quality labels and natural fabric are our favorites.
If you are not sure what to bring in, please give us a call at 603-238-9073 and one of our buyers will be happy to answer all of your questions.
How & When Do You Pay?
All orders will be processed within 3 days of drop off. Our sellers can choose a check for immediate payment, or credit to spend in the store. Store credit is kept on file for one year.
Items we do not purchase will be returned and should be picked up within 7 days.
Here's when we buy for each season:
June and July: Summer items
August/September: Fall items
October to December: Winter Items
January to Mid-February: No buying
Mid-February to May: Spring items

The Dollar Bin
Items not picked up within the stated time frame from our resale customers, or donated items will be added to the dollar bin. A portion of our sales each quarter from our dollar bin will be donated to a local non-profit organization.
